Transferring the ideas of the customer into working drawings, enabling the construction process to begin.

Grace can take a project from initial ideas through to completion using the following process or any part of the process.

First Phase
Initial Design Consultation
Scheme Drawings
Submission to council for planning permission and building regulations and obtaining approval.

Second Phase
Producing specifications and tender documents to submit to builders to obtain quotations.
Advising client on builders quotes.
Full or part Project Management throughout build.
